This Payment & Billing Policy applies to purchases made on the website operated by ONE WAY ECOM LIMITED (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to and accept this Payment & Billing Policy, along with our Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

All transactions on our website are processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) — our default store currency.
If your payment method is denominated in another currency, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply a currency conversion fee and determine the exchange rate. These fees are not charged or retained by ONE WAY ECOM LIMITED.

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (British Pounds) and include all applicable VAT and sales taxes. No additional VAT or tax will be added at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect confirmed orders.
4. Shipping & Free Delivery Threshold
We offer free standard shipping for all orders valued at £90 or above (after discounts and before shipping).

5. Billing Authorization
By placing an order, you authorize ONE WAY ECOM LIMITED to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, which includes:
- Product price (inclusive of VAT)
- Shipping charges (if applicable)
We will not charge any additional fees after checkout without your express consent.
6. Refunds & Returns (Summary)
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Our refund and return process is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
- We offer a 100-day return and refund window (see full policy for exclusions).
- Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
- Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected, or upon verification when a return is not required.
7. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To protect our customers and business, we may review orders for potential fraud or suspicious activity, such as:
- Mismatched billing and shipping details
- Multiple failed payment attempts
- Unusually large or high-risk orders
When flagged, we may:
- Place the order on hold pending verification

8. Chargebacks & Failed Payments
