All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers (Airwallex and PayPal)—we do not store payment data.

By completing a purchase, you authorize ONE WAY ECOM LIMITED to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.

If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank may apply conversion fees.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including:

Mainland UK
Northern Ireland
Channel Islands
Isle of Man
Scottish Highlands

Shipping Rates:

Orders £90 or above qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders below £90 incur a £3.90 delivery fee.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time: 2–5 business days within the UK (estimated total 3–7 working days).

We do not offer international shipping.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy for eligible items. To initiate a return, contact our support team via support@celsiuswear.co within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24–48 hours with photo/video evidence.

7. Pricing, Promotions & Errors

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices or correct errors at any time.

If a pricing or stock error occurs, we may cancel or refund your order before shipment.
