1. 100-Day Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 100-day return and refund window for all eligible items. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photo and/or video evidence clearly showing the issue.
- Once verified, we will cover all return shipping costs and process either a replacement or full refund promptly.
3. Change of Mind Returns
If you decide to return an item because you changed your mind:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refunds for change-of-mind returns will be processed once the item is received and passes inspection.
We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

Do not send products directly to our business address.
The correct return shipping address will be provided by our support team once your return is approved. Return addresses vary depending on your region or the nearest warehouse handling your order. We will provide you with the appropriate return warehouse location during the return process.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7–10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (for a different size or color), please contact our support team first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and follow the same process as standard returns.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon arrival, including:
